Jesus wept.
The shortest statement in the Bible. Jesus the Creator of the Universe, the Word of God, Miracle Worker, with the power of life and death, He wept. Wept at the side of a dear friend who was now dead.
He wept, showing His humanness, the split second of distance and loss was enough. Even though moments later, He would raise his friend from the dead.
Please weep with us, be human, try to connect with the pain. Don't be afraid, we don't blame you. Just Be Human. God has given us a heart of flesh, let's use it today.
